  • Data format (incl. 3 mm bleed): 27,3 x 12,1 cm
  • Trimmed size: 26,7 x 11,5 cm
  • Resolution: 300 dpi
  • Include a surrounding trim of 3 mm, important information should be at least 4 mm from the edge of the final format size
  • Special requirements for creating the artwork:
    • Marking specifications: Please insert the word mark/figurative mark "PLASTIC IN PRODUCT" in your artwork. It is available for download in the "More templates" section on the right
      • Important: Please observe the statutory marking specifications (Annex IV, Item 3)
      • Minimum size of the imprint: 1.4 cm x 2.8 cm
      • Position: on the outside of the cup with distance to the lower edge
      • Do not rotate the label (landscape)
    • please bend your text/graphics along the curves
    • Black design elements: Please create as monochrome black (C0 M0 Y0 K100) to avoid register inaccuracies (if necessary, use C60 M0 Y0 K100 for jet black)
    • name the layers containing your design "ARTWORK"
    • please note these cutting line-specific features:
      • define a spot colour titled “Keyline” in 100 % Magenta
      • must be set to Overprint
      • is provided for reference only and will not be printed
      • a contour template can be found in the InDesign file under Download templates
  • Fonts must be completely imbedded or converted to curves
  • colour mode: CMYK, FOGRA51 (PSO coated v3) for coated paper
  • We will not check for spelling and/or typographical errors
  • We will not check for overprint settings
  • Comments will be deleted and not printed
  • Form field content will be printed
